  Belmar Kite Festival 2005
  The sky above the 8th avenue beach was full of color as the annual
  Kite Festival took place the weekend of May 14th.  The event is part
  of Belmar's Spring Fling and is sponsored by the local chamber and
  the South Jersey Kites Flyers.
