   O'Neil Belmar Pro Surfing 2004
    Professional and Top Amateur Surfers from around the U.S.,
    Puerto Rico, and New Zealand competed in the 2nd annual event
    held September 9th thru the 12th on Belmar's 18th Avenue Beach.
    The contest is a 2 Star World Qualifying  Series Event sanctioned
    by the Association of Surfing Professionals.
