  Toms River Halloween Parade 2004
  This year's Toms River Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 Halloween Parade
   marched down Main Street and Washington Street past the Judges Stand
   Saturday night, October 30th.  The annual parade is reported to be the
   2nd largest in the world with over 6000 marchers and 100,000 spectators.
